"Dieser Brand besticht mit schönem Bernstein und Aromen von Tarte Tatin und Gewürznoten (Zimt). Im Mund schmeckt man deutlich gekochten Apfel und Karamell. Der Fassausbau bringt Struktur in die Gaumenstilistik. Beerindruckender aromatischer Rückhalt. 

Ce spiritueux ambré marie des aromes de tarte tatin - on perçoit nettement la pomme cuite et le caramel - à des notes d'épices comme la cannelle. Structureé par l'élevage en futs, la bouche impressionne par sa persistance."
